When people think of healthy foods, they think of tofu and avocado ice cream and liver with toast. But I’m here to tell you that though that’s what the public makes nutritious food seems like, liver with toast is only a misconception. Healthy food can actually be really delicious, and fun to make in the process. But unfortunately, the better part of our country doesn’t see that, and as a result, 1 in 3 adults and 1 in 6 children are considered obese. But I believe if every one does their part, even kids like me, to eat and cook healthy, we can stop the obesity epidemic in its tracks. Cook with Jasmine does the dirty work for you by providing you and your family healthy, hearty recipes that are kid and adult approved.
